Blue Kada Biyernes: Advocating Child Rights for a Safer Future

Magdiwata Basic Care-MBA (formerly PBC-MBA) proudly participates in the #BlueKadaBiyernes movement, an initiative of the Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) San Francisco, Agusan del Sur. This campaign aligns with the celebration of the 32nd National Children’s Month this November and advocates for child rights, safety, and well-being. By encouraging everyone to wear blue every Friday throughout November, this movement aims to spark awareness and inspire collective action toward creating a safer and more inclusive Philippines for our children. Join us from wherever you are to make a statement of support and solidarity.

This Second Friday of the campaign, we’re keeping the momentum strong by showcasing our commitment to child rights through the LCPC Advocacy Shirt Campaign. Alongside our trusted affiliates—MOLD (Microfinance Organization for Lasting Development, Inc.), Rurban Community Multi-Purpose Cooperative (RCMC), ECHO Security Agency ‘Echosai,’ and FRIEND Foundation—we are steadfast in our shared mission to protect and nurture the future generation. These organizations stand as pillars of support, working tirelessly to promote initiatives that benefit children and their communities.

Let’s come together and fly the blue flag for child rights, wearing our blue shirts as a symbol of hope, unity, and action. Every gesture counts, no matter how small, in building a brighter future for our children. Let’s make every Friday in November a testament to our dedication to protecting and empowering the youth, ensuring they grow up in a world that values and safeguards their potential.
